Baker Street sur Roanne

My last visit was at the end of April/beginning of May. I come to this establishment from time to time. I understand that given how busy it is, it can be hard to find a table, but to have the waiter tell me, "What can I do? There are no tables, there are no tables! You should have come earlier..." My partner wasn't exactly thrilled and wanted to tell him privately that if you talk to people like that, you have to take responsibility. (I think the waiter's name was Nathanael or something like that. He wasn't very tall.) Luckily, the security guard saw that my partner was upset and intervened before anything happened between him and this incredibly rude waiter. The bouncer calmed my friend down by speaking to him politely and calmly. He even found us a table when the waiter hadn't even looked for one, and he grabbed a waitress on the fly to take our order. It's still crazy that it was a guy who wasn't a waiter who had to do what was necessary to satisfy a customer. By the way, thanks to the waitress with glasses who was very kind. In any case, we like to come from time to time, but from now on we avoid the waiter who spoke rudely to us, we always make sure to thank the bouncer for his kindness and professionalism, and we try to be served by the young lady with glasses. Otherwise, apart from this incident, it's a very nice establishment.

Excellent service, special mention to Stan who took great care of us, but the whole team is fantastic. Great atmosphere and in Roanne it's hard to find better.

Far too many non-Asian options. Offering too much food leads to a drop in quality. Fat meats.

Great bar! But the music was too loud.

We've been to the terrace several times this summer for a beer and a burger. The staff is always warmly welcomed and very friendly. They have a great selection of beers 🍻, and the burgers are varied and delicious. We also visited on a Saturday evening in February, and the atmosphere was just as welcoming. I recommend the roasted Camembert; it's excellent value for money, and the service is always excellent.

Hearty burgers made with quality ingredients. A friendly and energetic team of servers. Everything you need for a great evening!
