L'Armorique sur Roanne

I've eaten so many galettes and crepes, but these are truly excellent. Quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and authentic flavors. The staff is kind, professional, and welcoming. The place is charming, located in the center of Roanne, with convenient parking nearby. They also allow pets, which is always appreciated. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came for dinner yesterday and were disappointed by the reception we received regarding a simple request to modify our savory crepes. My friend asked for extra goat cheese, and I wanted to replace the tomatoes with goat cheese in my crepe. The waitress expressed her displeasure, explaining that it complicated the chef's work... We understand that some requests may require adjustments, but this was a fairly simple change. What bothered us most was the way it was presented to us. A customer shouldn't feel like they're bothering anyone by requesting a reasonable modification to their meal. It's a shame, because it spoiled part of our dining experience.

5 stars because everything was top-notch, from the main courses (Niçoise salad with a crêpe, and the Océane crêpe) to the desserts (caramel crêpe and Norman pear caramel cream), everything was perfect: the taste, the presentation, and the very pleasant welcome. Thank you ;)

For over 30 years we've been coming to L'Armorique and we're never disappointed. Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generously filled savory crepes, finishing with the delectable dessert crepes, including the chocolate raisin, which was a true delight. All this at an excellent price and with friendly, efficient service! Kudos to the chef for delighting us with such consistent quality for so many years!

Very good, but I think the interior could be more modern and the wait was a bit too long. But otherwise, good.

Discovered by chance while walking down the street, this excellent crêperie offers a warm welcome. The "Spanish" crêpe was very good, and I highly recommend the pear purse with caramel sauce. Give it a try!

L'Armorique is a very good crêperie, a Roannais institution. Friendly and efficient service. The galettes and other crêpes are made to order. Everything is excellent, not forgetting the cider, served in small bowls.

Arrived without a reservation on a Saturday evening, waited about 30 minutes. No salad, the crepe was a little dry. But still just as good.
