Bamboo Sushi is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, both for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff, who are always attentive and smiling as if you were a friend. Go there, it's a restaurant well worth the trip to Albi.

Excellent choice, very pleasant place. Their sushi, maki, and onigiri are by far the best we've ever had. We highly recommend it! 🍱🍣😋

Excellent sushi at a great price, served by a very welcoming team! The homemade skewers and the flambéed sushi are also very good! Highly recommended!

24/01/2026: A superb experience; the food was truly excellent, and therefore the prices justified. The atmosphere and menu are perfect for a convivial meal. Excellent service, respect and kindness guaranteed. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.
04/01/2026: Nice little Japanese restaurant, decent value for money even though many dishes are unavailable. The downside is the greasy fumes from the kitchen that permeate the upstairs area and make the experience much less pleasant.
