Baobab sur Arras

The burgers are amazing and the prices are more than reasonable.

My friend and I have come here several times on Sunday evenings when I visit her in Arras. It's a pleasure; between the atmosphere, the friendliness, the warm welcome from the staff, and the Sunday evening quizzes, there's nothing to complain about – a great place to know about here!

Nice place, but the tables were very close together. And those infamous phrases, repeated far too insistently: "you've made your choice," "take your time," as if to suggest we didn't take too much. Sorry, but the insistence was very noticeable.

I only frequented the bar, but the waiter recommended a beer to me, and his intuition led me to discover a very good beer.

Here, you don't just have a drink, you have an experience. A gritty, chic, pirate-rock vibe, completely off-the-wall decor from floor to ceiling… it's everywhere, and that's what we love. Special mention to the restrooms: the Mona Lisa stares at you while you pee. Awkward? No. Legend. 20 beer taps ready to pump hops into the amps. Sound, character, foam, and cool people. A bar that oozes rock, beer, and freedom. If you like places that are too clean, move along. Here, it's Baobab or die 🤟☠️
