Very, very good, very friendly and helpful staff.

The burgers are amazing and the prices are more than reasonable.

We had lunch at Bao in Arras and had a wonderful time. The service was quick and attentive, with a friendly and helpful team. The dishes were well-prepared, using quality ingredients, and the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. I highly recommend this place for a delicious lunch.

My friend and I have come here several times on Sunday evenings when I visit her in Arras. It's a pleasure; between the atmosphere, the friendliness, the warm welcome from the staff, and the Sunday evening quizzes, there's nothing to complain about – a great place to know about here!

Nice place, but the tables were very close together. And those infamous phrases, repeated far too insistently: "you've made your choice," "take your time," as if to suggest we didn't take too much. Sorry, but the insistence was very noticeable.

I only frequented the bar, but the waiter recommended a beer to me, and his intuition led me to discover a very good beer.
