Halfway between a coffee shop and a homemade, artisanal kitchen, Coffee Faubourg is a delightful discovery in the 9th arrondissement. You can immediately sense the care put into every dish, a far cry from standardized chains. A particular favorite was the exceptionally generous slices of cake—a far cry from the usual meager portions! And a special mention, or rather, a special mention, goes to the vegan chocolate brownie: a perfect texture, intense chocolate flavor, an absolute triumph that's worth the trip alone. As for the coffee, we enjoyed a superb Brazilian coffee with smooth and balanced notes. A small suggestion from a connoisseur: increasing the dose from 18g to 19g would result in an even deeper and more enveloping flavor—but that's truly a detail for the enthusiast! And last but not least: impeccable cleanliness, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail—you could literally eat off the floor without hesitation. It's rare, it stands out, and it speaks volumes about the respect the team has for its customers and its establishment. A warm, genuine, and delicious place. We'll gladly return. ☕

What a joy to have discovered this place on Rue du Faubourg Montmartre! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the welcoming atmosphere to the generous and delicious portions. The pancakes with fresh fruit were a real success, as beautiful as they were tasty. I particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the elegant presentation. An experience to be repeated without hesitation.

The brunch was delicious!! It was hard to choose because everything on the menu looked so tempting, but we ordered the burrata, the salmon and avocado toast (loaded with salmon and absolutely delicious), and the chicken bowl (amazing): we highly recommend it. The service was impeccable, our server was truly lovely, we'll be back!!

I had brunch there recently and I wasn't disappointed; whether it was the detox juice or the scrambled eggs, it was excellent.
