Bar Central sur Saint-Claude

Passing through Saint Claude, terminus of the Ligne des Hirondelles, the Bar Central offers a simple menu but with good, well-cooked products. The boss received us very well. We stopped for a drink and stayed for lunch. Andouillette and escalope excellent with their sauces. Don't hesitate to open the door.

Friendly place and very good cuisine. The menu is limited but you are sure to eat home-cooked dishes with fresh produce.

The sirloin is super tender. The service is very pleasant. I recommend.
