As always, an excellent experience. Every month, my wife and I treat ourselves to a restaurant outing to unwind from the daily grind (work, children). After trying all the restaurants in Saint-Claude, this is the one we've chosen for our regular meals. The menu changes regularly, and the dishes are always of high quality. Regarding the prices, I don't understand the negative reviews: in our opinion, the value for money is entirely justified. For two people, the bill never exceeds €100, considering the quality of the food. It's important to remember that these prices include the work of the servers and cooks, overhead costs, and the quality of the ingredients.
