If you are looking for a hotel full of charm, stop at La Houle, in Saint-Briac. Fred's smile and good humor will welcome you there. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and carefully decorated. Breakfast served at the table is served in a jazz atmosphere. Everything is fresh, baguette, croissant, pain au chocolat and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. It was our first time and certainly not the last!

I highly recommend the restaurant, very good food and friendly boss.

Un restaurant atypique sur Saint Briac ou le poisson cru est sa spécialité. Nous avons apprécié le mélange des saveurs et la qualité des plats dans un cadre très sympathique. Une carte réduite mais tout est frais. Bon accueil et une bonne table.

We can only recommend this establishment. Fred took great care of us. Extremely kind, considerate. The hotel has a lot of charm and a very nice decor. If we have the opportunity to return to Saint Briac, we will know where to sleep👍
