Bar de la Poste sur Saint-Emilion

The waiters were very friendly, but the service was very slow and perhaps disorganized. The unique feature is the merging of two restaurants on the square: Bar de la Poste and Le Bouchon. Otherwise, the food was rather bland... A shame.

A very good experience at Bar de la Poste in Saint-Émilion. Ideally located in the heart of the village, it's the perfect place to take a break before sightseeing. We had a drink there before exploring the monolithic church at its base and thoroughly enjoyed it. The waiter and waitress were very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. The service was quick and the atmosphere was friendly. We highly recommend this place for enjoying a relaxing moment on the terrace while visiting Saint-Émilion.

Disorganized service. A really long wait between the main course and dessert. The praline entremet with chocolate and vanilla ganache... was actually a kind of poorly cut round biscuit, a hard, supposedly praline-flavored "ganache" topped with vanilla and sprinkled with cocoa powder. It tasted rancid, nothing like what was advertised on the menu. In short, nothing special, we won't be going back.

Hello friends, the welcome was very warm and friendly despite the crowds, the service was excellent, there's a very large terrace and the sun was shining, plus it's in a great tourist area. Friends, come and discover it, it's a must-see, come and treat yourselves, see you soon for more adventures!

Restaurant located in a square, a super pleasant place, excellent service. And I tried the best duck, very well prepared and deliciously seasoned, and of course with a great wine from the place. The dessert was also divine.

The "post office bar" salad was generous and very good. I found the price a bit high, but the place is very touristy…

I'm quite disappointed. Some of the servers weren't very welcoming. We started by having a drink, and we realized the menu was misleading; for example, the "fuzetea" was actually just peach iced tea. I would have appreciated it if they had opened the drinks in front of us; it seems obvious. On the other hand, the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed my burger, which was very well presented, with a cheddar sauce served on the side. We didn't have dessert, as the main course was quite generous. When it was time to leave, the servers gave us the bill and then left without even saying goodbye; I was rather surprised. I recommend it for the food, but the servers should be a little more polite.
