An excellent restaurant in Coutances! We had a wonderful time at the Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville. The welcome was warm, the staff were friendly and pleasant, and the food was truly delicious, with generous and flavorful dishes. Special mention goes to the excellent value for money. The setting is convivial and the atmosphere very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant; we will definitely be back!

Discovered by chance during a quick stop in Coutances, my friends and I enjoyed this establishment. A pleasant terrace under the trees, simple yet refined cuisine, and efficient and friendly service. I recommend this place.

We weren't supposed to go to Coutances. Circumstances dictated otherwise. We were looking for lunch on Sunday, June 28th, and by chance we found this open and very welcoming restaurant with a lovely shaded terrace. There were four of us, and we took advantage of the break to leave our car parked. The meal was EXCELLENT; I loved the roasted Saint-Marcellin cheese (which I hadn't tried before), a real treat! 👍 Many thanks to the waitress for refilling our water bottles! 👍🙏

Good value for money with a set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at €23.50. The fish dish was good, and the mixed grill was decent (it's a shame the fries weren't great...). The welcome and service were efficient and very friendly.
