Very nice decor. Relaxed atmosphere. The menu mainly features tapas. Well prepared. Real desserts. Gourmet coffee available here.

Nice place, the waitress is attentive and responsive. However, we came twice at 12:50 pm and the choices were limited. Many dishes were no longer available. Furthermore, I was very disappointed with the crème brûlée. It was extremely thin (no taller than a green bean…). Paying almost €6 for a dessert that barely amounts to a spoonful and a half is, in my opinion, shameful.

The staff are very friendly, there's a wide selection of beers to enjoy after work, the tapas are very good, and the main courses are truly excellent. The chef and his partner are lovely; it's always a pleasure to spend time at Bar des Champs!

We stopped by on a whim for afternoon tea and discovered a fantastic place! The tarte tatin and the chocolate fondant were absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly :))

05/03/2026: If you're looking for a traditional andouillette sausage, this is the place to go. The Chartreuse crème brûlée is excellent and original. In short, a very good dish in a pleasant setting. The waiter and the chef are very friendly. The chef even took the time to give us some recipe tips. However, fellow RVers, as you've probably guessed, it's best to forget about visiting Lyon in a motorhome.
20/02/2026: A very good time, excellent food, very friendly staff, I recommend it.
