26/03/2026: Delicious pizzas and very friendly staff! The best pizzeria in Lyon 8. Our friend forgot his water bottle without realizing it; it was 9:30 pm and we had left the restaurant. The waiter remembered we were from La Martinière prep school and surprised us on scooters in front of the school, water bottles in hand. A hero! 🫶

19/03/2026: We had couscous des sables on a Thursday evening, it was delicious! The mint tea was also very good. The staff was very friendly, no complaints whatsoever. A word of advice: save room before you come because the food is excellent and the portions are very generous! We'll be back!

17/04/2026: Our go-to student spot for the past 10 years, all roads lead to this grocery store, whether you're studying at Lyon 3 or strolling along the quays in Lyon 2. The aroma of freshly baked sandwiches and spritzes will make you forget about your GPS. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to all Lyon residents for a cozy afternoon snack or an evening with old friends.

You have to wait 40 minutes for "tenders"—I'm putting that in parentheses because they're not actually tenders, but some kind of fried "chicken" paste. The only thing that's edible is the sauce.

23/03/2026: Wow, what an incredible bar!! I felt right at home, especially with a waiter (Zeph) who has an amazing sense of humor and caters to EVERYTHING YOU WANT. For me, it was a half-pint of Jupiler beer with a dash of Tabasco. Delicious! I highly recommend it.

Reservation made through The Fork, canceled two minutes before the scheduled time, after we had gone there in person, under the pretext that there were no tables available—even though the patio was empty. Upon arrival, the waitress had the nerve to tell us, "It's ridiculous to book 10 minutes in advance," even though the reservation had been made an hour and a half prior. If you can't handle customers, don't offer reservations! Furthermore, we weren't the only ones in this situation. Unacceptable.

01/12/2025: Hello, I don't understand the process. I placed an order on Deliveroo at 9 am for soup, a pie, and a main course. At noon, I received a notification that some items were unavailable. I don't understand the concept of selling items that don't exist and then waiting until the start of the lunch break to cancel the order. My colleague no longer had her chosen items in her order. Either the order should be canceled earlier so that we can reorder within the allotted time for our lunch break, or the service shouldn't sell items that are no longer available.

10/04/2026: Hello, We came for dinner for two. We had already been twice in the past. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First of all, the most striking thing is the proximity of the tables. It's really not comfortable to have dinner for two while hearing conversations from the tables to the left and right. This layout is clearly designed to optimize service, but at the expense of the customer. The food was bland, the chicken supreme was undercooked, and the rice was dry, tasting like it had just come out of the microwave. The fruit for dessert was too cold, even hard. The service was friendly and well-intentioned. So, a disappointing experience for a €160 dinner. What a shame.
