We are two Andalusian friends who have been eating at this restaurant and we found it excellent. The treatment of the waiter who served us was exquisite, he helped us with the language and was charming at all times. We found all the staff to be very professional. The food was delicious. We ordered some raw vegetables with a delicious sauce and two very good mixed meat dishes and another cod dish. If I returned to Biarritz, I know I would return to this place. Thanks for everything. I hope to come back some day !!!

We have just tasted a “cochonaille” plate: it’s excellent!!! All accompanied by sangria. Sitting on a table on the side of the street we tasted these specialties. A delight ! In addition, the staff takes great care to be pleasant to you! Well done. An address to remember Go for it !!!!

Food 12 out of 10. Very good. €125 for 5 people. Food of stratospheric quality. 120% recommended. Nicola was the waiter, very good too

Excellent food. Try the beef tartare and joue de porc if they're on the menu. The desserts are great too. All reasonably priced. Great service too, and a fun atmosphere by the street side.

Le personnel est au top, bons conseils, rapidité, professionnel (connaissance des plats). Brasserie intéressante, plats de la RÉGION. j'ai prix des moules à la plancha accompagnées de frites maison (15€)et mon mari des tagliatelles aux rognons. Le repas était excellent, nous reviendrons dans cet établissement où le sourire est au rendez-vous.

I’ve always liked market bars and Bar du Marche in Biarritz is no exception. A bit rough round the edges perhaps but it has all the old style and ambience of a proper bar, and we enjoyed very good service and decent beer.

28/09/2024: Le service était un peu rapide. En effet, les plats sont arrivés bien avant la fin des apéritifs alors que la salle était quasiment vide. Leur confit de canard est toujours aussi exceptionnel et le rosé est servi bien frais. Un bon bistrot local où il fait bon flâner. A essayer!
05/09/2024: Its not bad , but no need to come back. There are much much better place at the same street. Service is ok, food also ok. Ravioli were good. No need to make such a spicy tatar even without marking it as a spicy dish at the menu or asking. Overpriced. Not really recommended.

Helbidea

14/08/2024: Une visite de plus chez Helbidea après plusieurs mois sans y être passé et la qualité du service et des plats restent exellentes. La carte affichées sur les murs changent peu mais la "merveilleuse" côte de cochon préparée en cuisson sous vide et basse température puis snackée reste au menu ainsi qu'un assortiment de Taloa assurent un très bon dîner. L'œuf parfait en entrée et le baba au rhum en dessert complètement le tiercé gagnant.
10/08/2024: Des plats préparés avec soin et servis avec gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant, sur la petite terrasse.
