Nice place, self-service. Tables and chairs made from pallets. Inconvenient access to the terrace. Beautiful view, but I don't feel like going back.

I really like this place in Carteret; I'm usually always well received, but frankly, there's a young woman here who isn't smiling or very friendly. I feel like I'm bothering her. It's unpleasant.

29/07/2026: Visited on a Saturday morning with the market in full swing outside. Le Noroit was very busy inside and out, but someone vacated a table on the terrace and we enjoyed a few rounds of drinks and some tasty, well priced main courses. Service was friendly and some English spoken.
29/07/2026: This lunchtime, I headed to Le Noroît in Barneville-Carteret… and what a treat! 😍 On the menu: a melt-in-your-mouth leg of lamb in its own juices, served with crispy homemade fries. And to finish on a high note, a delightful surprise for the taste buds: an absolutely delicious Caribbean tiramisu! 🌴🍰 I simply had a wonderful meal. A great place where you can enjoy your food in a pleasant atmosphere. If you're ever in Barneville-Carteret, I highly recommend this culinary escape.
