Best local restaurant in Paris, best food. Will come back every time we are in Paris.

Very nice neighborhood pub with a long history and a really cozy and genuine interior. Fantastic food and lovely atmosphere. We shared a terrine and then a raw steak, which was mixed at the table in a spectacular way. We didn't have dessert but were served a small glass of Grand Marnier with the coffee, which came with a small plate of cookies. A bottle of red wine accompanied the meal. The price point is on the upper end of the range but it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

An absolutely perfect dining experience. From starting with spectacular Moutard champagne to finishing with a Bourgogne White the wine was wonderful as picked by our waiter. The food was transcendent with the langostino appetizer to our dinner choices of Duck Confit, the Veal Chop and the Beef Bourguignon and finished by probably the soufflé in Paris. Unbelievable plus a tremendous value. We will be back every visit to Pais in the future!

Far from being a tourist spot, they serve traditional french food. Soufflé au Grand Marnier is the star of the show, you need to order it at the same time same time as your main dish, it takes long time to cook. Service is top.

A true overachiever in classic gastronomy… beef bourguignon, as has rightly been said by other reviewers, is one of the several “hero” dishes that form the undisputed legacy of this great establishment. Always a delight and it’s quiet neighbourhood location keeps it at safe distance from the fashionable crowds of saint germain

Filet of beef with truffle sauce was amazing. Apple tart for dessert. Great wine. Great service.
