Excellent food, very good value for money

First impression: atrocious. But we decided to stay anyway because we were hungry. We were right and don't regret it. From the moment we arrived, the young waitress was unpleasant, making it clear we weren't welcome. I've never experienced such a terrible welcome. Fortunately, we were then served by a young man who was incredibly kind and professional. That's why we don't regret staying, because the food was good and the gentleman was so warm. However, I wouldn't wish being served by the young waitress on anyone. Her bitterness was rarely seen, she was disrespectful, and certainly not professional. What a shame.

Lunch at Bar Le Quarante is a must if you're a rugby fan. And definitely do it for lunch. Good value for money. Fast service. Haha, and I almost had a heart attack when the waiter dropped the (empty) coffee cup, haha, which was still attached to a spoon. A joke for newcomers like us. No, the atmosphere was good here, I love it.

A small village, a simple bar, but so what!!! We're having a blast here!!! We're in the south and it shows!!! For good eaters, lovers of good food, lovers of cheekiness, fanatics of simplicity and good living. This is the place to come!!! You won't be disappointed! Here, even a simple daily special is poetry, at completely reasonable prices. And the service, let's not even talk about it, or rather yes, let's talk about it because they deserve it!!! A team of true professionals!! Simple, friendly, and efficient, the magic happens from the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave. It's called Le 40, but it could have been called "L'épicurien" (The Epicurean), so much is this notion part of the fiber of this place. Thank you to the chef and his wonderful team! Hello, we came for Geoffrey and Morgane's wedding. We came to eat at your place and what a wonderful surprise! The chef was very friendly and what can I say about the waitress who was brilliant, the advice, the smile, we want to come back to your place.
