Le Terminus Côté Gare

04/10/2026: On September 12, 2026, we entrusted the hosting of our wedding to the Terminus team, and we now realize how fortunate we were. Their professionalism and dedication throughout the planning process were flawless: attentive listening, meticulous support, and genuine kindness at every step.
Admittedly, the organization of this day was somewhat rushed (4 months). Far from being deterred, the team wholeheartedly committed themselves to our side and made considerable efforts to ensure that this very special day was unforgettable. Everything was perfect: a magical location for the secular ceremony, a convivial cocktail reception with delicious tapas, a carefully prepared barbecue meal, a delectable tiramisu, and an evening with an incredible atmosphere!
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mathieu. His dedication, availability, and attention to detail made all the difference at every moment. He championed this project with exceptional dedication, and we owe him a tremendous amount. At the very last minute, he even found us a DJ and a band to provide all the music.
This day will forever remain one of the most beautiful memories of our lives. To everyone who contributed to its success, especially Mathieu and his entire family, we extend our sincerest gratitude from the bottom of our hearts.
We wholeheartedly recommend this venue and its team to all future brides and grooms, or even to anyone who simply wants to have a wonderful time in a magnificent setting! Go for it!

Les Carrasses

19/04/2026: We stayed one night at Château Les Carrasses and overall had a pleasant experience in a beautiful setting.
The rooms are very nice and elegant, and the property itself is charming, surrounded by vineyards and offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
That said, there are a few details that could be improved, especially given the price level. In the room, there was only one bottle of water provided, which felt a bit minimal for a high-end resort.
The dinner experience was unfortunately not at the same level as the setting. The service was quite uncoordinated, and despite having a set menu, the pace was very slow. We also had to ask several times for our drinks, which took away from the overall experience.
As a small suggestion, it would have been a nice touch to have a chilled bottle of local white wine available in the fridge—particularly given the warm weather (28 degrees). There was a red wine provided, but not really suitable for the temperature.
Finally, the air conditioning in our room was not working, which is a significant issue, especially in the summer. At this level, I would expect such essential elements to be checked thoroughly before guest arrival.
In summary, a beautiful place with great potential, but some operational details need attention to fully match the expectations of a high-end stay.

17/08/2024: Très bonne cuisine dans un cadre typique de la région au bord du canal du Midi.
Réservation conseillée et c'est mieux d'arriver juste avant l'ouverture pour être placé où l'on souhaite.
Service digne des très grands restaurants.
Menu à 28 euros avec un cocktail maison, 35€ par personne au final, très bon rapport qualité prix! Peut être un bémol sur la cuisson des viandes, et des desserts qui manquent de peps même si la présentation des entrées et plats en mettent plein la vue! Je recommande sans hésiter!
16/08/2024: Le cadre est superbe au bord du canal du midi. Une très belle ambiance. Le personnel est sensationnel, à lbecoute, très professionnel, attentif et sérieux.
Les plats sont esthétique très soignés, parfait même, le goût est au rendez vous avec des produit travailler et d'une qualité incroyable.
Bravo au patron et à son équipe pour ce moment magistral que nous avons passeer en famille.
Impossible de ne pas découvrir ce restaurant incontournable.
