A must-try! Whether you're looking for a drink or a meal, anything goes. Delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere, friendly service, and thoughtful touches... Be warned, though: after a meal here, other restaurants might seem a bit bland in comparison.

You wouldn't necessarily expect Quarante to have such a nice Cafe, but this is a gem. It's recently been acquired by two couples who are determined to make it a friendly and welcoming place for locals and tourists like. The cook used to work at the nearby Auberge de la Croisade, and the food is great. They have two massive salads for vegetarians, and serve fish on Fridays. The outside terrace is a nice place to spend a few hours. They nearly always have events for important sporting events.
