There are two things you absolutely must do in this village: the Sunday morning bakery… and Laurence's spritzes. Laurence is the owner. She knows it. You'll soon find out. She greets you with a look that says both "welcome to my place" and "we don't take ourselves too seriously here." A rare balance, truly admirable. Her spritzes are impeccable—perfectly fresh, perfectly balanced, served with the precision of someone who doesn't have time to waste on amateurs. And it shows. They're delicious. You come back for the spritz. You stay for Laurence and her generosity.
