Bar le Sebasto sur Brioude

23/03/2026: We had a wonderful time as a group of four, and I'm so glad I changed my mind about this restaurant. I have to give a special mention to the hakao, which were truly delicious, as were the shrimp dumplings, and the desserts like the banana and apple fritters. However, I'm not a big fan of the caramel pork. The sauce was good, and the onions were too, but the quality of the meat was just average. In the evening, the service was smooth, and our young waitress, though new to the job, was very kind. Thank you for her warm welcome. The €19.50 set menu is good. We'll be back; for Brioude, that's already quite an achievement. One small bonus: before, we couldn't pay by credit card, but now we can. No more need to withdraw cash before coming, finally!
