Excellent restaurant. Impeccable value for money. We had a lovely dinner there with very friendly waitresses.
Our dishes were delicious and well-presented.

We took a short evening stroll around Valras and stopped at Hazard, and we weren't disappointed. We received a warm welcome, there was a good selection, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time.

A restaurant we frequent during our holidays.
Disappointed by the attitude following the delay in our order. I can understand that, but keep in mind there are only two cooks, etc., it's not our problem. The response was inappropriate. At worst, divide the terrace in two; there would be fewer customers, and then you could better attend to your existing clientele.
It's a shame, but apparently the message didn't get through.
It's true we're tourists, but we won't be back. Think about those who live in Valras. Poor judgment?

A truly fantastic experience!
Le Sud in Valras-Plage really impressed us. From the location to the food to the service – everything was just perfect. It absolutely deserves 5 stars!
We especially want to highlight the wonderful and incredibly friendly service. We bravely attempted to order our food in French – and our attempt was not only met with great enthusiasm but also supported with patience and a smile.
The food was excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, and the entire evening was simply perfect. These are the kinds of experiences that make a holiday special.
And when service and hospitality are this good, you're happy to leave a generous tip at the end.
We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend Le Sud!
