A true institution in Sauveterre-de-Béarn! This establishment is one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Mika is a very friendly, professional person who is always attentive to his customers. The food is absolutely delicious, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to return, especially when you don't even need to order because the owner already knows your preferences! I have never been disappointed by the quality of the food. Special mention also goes to the homemade waffles recently added to the menu: a lovely way to end a meal on a sweet, generous, and comforting note. A must-visit in Sauveterre-de-Béarn, which I recommend without hesitation.

A wonderful discovery on a rainy day in this charming village: a restaurant on the square. The service was very pleasant, the food excellent, and the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was €16 every day during Ascension Day. Highly recommended.
