We decided to try this ice cream shop thanks to social media. And we weren't disappointed. Quality at a reasonable price. I recommend it.

I gave it 4 stars, but 3.5 would have been more accurate. The ice creams are good, with a wide selection of flavors. The milkshakes, for my part, were disappointing because they were too runny. The ones at Ste-Maxime, on the other hand, are delicious. Now for the various drinks like bubble tea and granita, nothing to say, good, nothing special. Now, regarding the price of the ice creams and other treats, they remain high compared to the quantity provided. It's a shame! I still recommend this place for the taste.

Disappointed by the business practices in this establishment. Be careful, you ask for an ice cream cone, they don't offer you a chocolate/hazelnut or candy cone (obviously it's a one euro supplement) but nothing else, if you want a normal cone, you have to ask for it, besides, they are not even presented on the counter. In addition, the quantities have significantly decreased compared to before. Before, served with a spatula, now basic scoops. At €6 for 2 scoops of ice cream, we still expect better. So even if I automatically went to Barbarac in the various points of sale (Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphael) for the quality of the ice cream, well you have lost a customer due to your dubious business techniques.

One of the best ice cream parlors I've ever been to. The grumbling comments about the quantity didn't quite capture the quality and price. Sorbets and ice creams as varied as they are delicious, all in a charming harbor setting.

Not bad, but €5 for a Nutella crepe... you should think about relaxing the prices a little!

I approve of the banana and coconut ice cream.
