We'd had our eye on this restaurant for a while. We tried to book several times, but due to its popularity, we couldn't get a table. Tonight was the night, and it was well worth the wait! This is a truly creative restaurant, with bold flavor combinations, all executed with mastery and precision. The chef showcases local producers and seasonal ingredients. Each dish is designed to meet this high standard, the hallmark of truly exceptional restaurants where you don't just come to eat, but to discover and learn. The service is attentive, and we noticed the humility of the team, both in the dining room and the kitchen, who are dedicated to sharing the spirit of the region, its producers, and its landscapes.
