Exceptional meal, congratulations to the chef and his second(s). Another big thank you to Audrey and her waitress (sorry I forgot her first name 😢) the welcome and the service were perfect. And gods knows that a group of 13 people (old 😂) is rather painful 😂😂. Too bad the weather was rather cool and we weren't able to eat on the terrace to enjoy a splendid view 😍.

Class, simply perfect: first of all the atmosphere, the terrace, the service but especially the menu with the recommended wine. We enjoyed it!

Very nice evening at the end of August in this atypical restaurant...🥹 after a bath in Briant. The place is magnificent at the tip of the village with a terrace at the crossroads of the two rivers Cesse and Briant, a breathtaking view.😊 The welcome of the hostess and the cuisine of the chef who are attentive to your needs allow you to have a great time tasting excellent food and wine. Don't hesitate.... for an Epicurean meal 🧐

Excellent restaurant with a sublime view and a very pleasant terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took the menu for €37, and we enjoyed it. We tasted each of the two options and everything was divine. The beef tartare as a starter was my favorite. Sumptuous flavors on the palate. On the other hand, I am a little disappointed by the pineapple dessert. I found it lacking in flavor, compared to everything else on the menu. The pavlova on the other hand was excellent. Thank you for this great time. Our taste buds will remember it!

Thank you so much! This is our new discovery in Minervois. About me probably the best resto in the close around 20km in this area. Super friendly and professional staff, top author food, menu offers, very good wine list (only local producers). Great and memorable view. We wii turn back always, when we will be here. 2 handed recommendation!
