D'âme crêpe sur Minerve

23/01/2024: Visited during our holiday in Cathar country. Minerve is touristy through and through, but this restaurant still has a very local feel. August is the peak period and we requested a place without having made a reservation. We received an extremely friendly welcome and were given a pleasant table. That was okay because it was cool there. We were immediately seated next to some locals. We would have a nice chat with one of them later in a souvenir shop a little further away. Very tasty food! prepared on a wood fire on the terrace. Plenty of vegetables too. Highly recommended! If it weren't for that time, we would be a regular visitor too! Top! Congratulations to chef and team.

18/11/2023: very pleasant restaurant (setting both simple and refined), copious and very good (and refined) dishes the charming waitress, and the owners of the restaurant let's not talk about it, more than friendly (people we consider for us personally, friends). Thank you Alain and Paola for this pleasant day that we spent with our friends thanks to you. It's sincere. Visited in September FOR lunch.
