Red Beef is generally a high-quality restaurant. The meals are good, the meats are cooked perfectly, and the cuisine is on par with any standard brasserie. The portions and side dishes are generous, with a reasonable menu selection. My only slight disappointment was the tiramisu, which was a bit too dry for my taste. The service was adequate. The waitress was empathetic, smiling, and professional. The ordering process was smooth at first but slowed down when it came to dessert. We waited about fifteen minutes for the tables to be cleared and for our dessert order to arrive, and another fifteen minutes for the coffees we had previously ordered, which we received after reminding them. These short waits are easily forgivable given the large number of customers when we were having dessert. I would recommend this restaurant to families without hesitation, as it has a terrace and an upstairs dining room, ideal for those seeking a more secluded spot.

Perfect! A very pleasant and unexpected culinary surprise in a shopping mall! Bravo to the chef! The chicken skewer marinade was perfectly executed, the vegetables were beautifully seared, and the tagliatelle melted in your mouth! A complete success! A meal that could have gone wrong but turned out to be wonderful. We had a bit of a wait for our starters at first, a kitchen issue, which happens and is completely understandable. The team handled the situation perfectly, spontaneously offering us a discount and bringing us some fries to nibble on while we waited. Furthermore, Camille was perfectly professional, kind, and pleasant, and her service was impeccable. A good waitress who knows how to be honest and do her job properly. The chef even came to serve us the dishes herself, which showed her dedication. Unexpected things happen, but what made the difference was seeing that there are honest places with a team that knows how to be professional. Sincere thanks for tonight's meal. We will definitely be back.
