The staff is very friendly. The view from the terrace is superb. The dishes are really very good and homemade using local produce.

We had a very good meal, the owner was very welcoming, the only downside was the slightly slow service.
It's a shame the menu isn't up-to-date and our favorite dessert is no longer available. Magnificent view of the beach and the Socoa fort.

We had a lovely time last night. We had reserved a table on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The food was excellent, made with fresh, local ingredients. It was perfect. I highly recommend this welcoming place.

L'Alaïa boasts an exceptional location, with a magnificent view of the bay, ample parking nearby, and a lovely promenade perfect for after your meal. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the restaurant staff are friendly and attentive. The menu is varied, and the dishes are well-prepared. And... finally, a restaurant that serves a truly decent Caesar salad—generous and delicious—for just 18 euros! For my wife and me, it's one of the best restaurants in Saint-Jean-de-Luz/Ciboure/Urrugne in terms of value for money, and undoubtedly the best for its location!

A lovely spot right on the beach.
A very friendly welcome.
The dishes were beautifully presented and excellent.
Just one small complaint about the dessert (pavlova), which I found less impressive than the rest of the meal.
