Fabulous confit lamb, perfectly preserving the flavor of the accompanying vegetables... a truly delightful experience. Plus, genuine interaction with the waiter and chef, who were friendly, engaging, and sincere. A place to discover, or rediscover.

For my daughter's 50th birthday, I invited her to ALAIA. The welcome was perfect, thanks to the restaurant manager, who managed to find me a bone marrow dish that I adore, flank steak with shallots, served with crispy fries, and an excellent wine selection that perfectly complemented my meal. The desserts were classic, like rice pudding, and, more originally, a financier with fruit coulis. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is also admirably located on Socoa beach. I will soon invite my two granddaughters to this restaurant, but for lunch.

26/04/2026: Beautiful, hilly course; an electric trolley is welcome. Bring your own sandwich; the bread isn't great, but the welcome is! The pro shop is as well-stocked as ever.
