Bel'italia sur Briey

Being of Italian descent, I grew up with my parents' home cooking, which makes me very discerning. This is the first Italian restaurant in the area that finally reminds me of my mother's flavors, with an added touch of refinement. Whatever we choose from the menu, my husband and I are never disappointed. Excellent and authentic cuisine; I highly recommend it!

Nothing exceptional... A rather generous portion, certainly a bit too much. For me, it was a trio of bruschetta, fries, and salad. The bruschetta lacked the crispiness. The fries were cheap frozen and unnecessary. The iceberg lettuce had a store-bought dressing. As for the gnocchi, they were firm and homemade, but the carbonara sauce didn't adhere to traditional Italian methods... There's no cream in carbonara... The restaurant is clean and welcoming.

The evening meal was very generous and appetizing. Our waitress Sabrina was very pleasant, smiling, and warm. A place to recommend; we will gladly return.
