We hadn't booked, but they found us a table. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was not only excellent but very generous. A very pleasant experience, thank you! And most importantly, we'll be back, since unlike some other places, we're lucky enough to be from here.

One of my best risottos! The rice was perfectly al dente, piping hot, not too creamy, and the truffle was just the right amount, leaving a long, lingering taste. The portion was generous. The atmosphere was quite calm, despite the restaurant being full, and the servers were friendly and efficient.

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in Saint-Jean-de-Luz! Le Cosmopolitain is much more than just a restaurant: it's a truly unique experience. The atmosphere is delightful, and Sébastien is incredibly kind and welcoming to his guests. The setting is also magnificent. A huge thank you for your cheerful service; I highly recommend it.
