The manager at the reception desk really needs to make an effort to smile and provide a better welcome to customers. People come because the food is good, but the reception and the way they speak really need improvement; it doesn't make them want to come back. If you don't want to work, put someone else in charge.

Not very expensive, very good vegetarian alternative, relatively good service (a little slow, but worth it). Update to my 2019 review (it's September 2025): I must have ordered half a hundred times—or eaten in since I live nearby—and the more I go, the more I love it. They keep reinventing themselves without changing the good classics, and it's so much friendlier than an American chain.

Fast-food restaurant with a wide variety of menu options (burgers, tacos, sandwiches), as well as salads and tiramisu for dessert. We ate very well, but the low price was what surprised us the most: €50 for five people.
