Great job on the new terrace, but if you could bring back the old Bressane pastries. I'm so disappointed with the new ones. The "Nature" pastry had no cream and was very light. And the pear pastry was much better too.

Excellent. I ordered a sort of brioche filled with a perfectly cooked fried egg, bacon, thin slices of red onion, chives, and a touch of lightly mustardy mayonnaise. Delicious, top-notch deli quality. For €7-8 with an espresso and two mini financiers that were crisp and perfectly soft.

Overall, the sandwiches were good but not exceptional.
We had a fish and avocado wrap, which wasn't bad, but a bit small. We also tried a meat sandwich, which needed a little more sauce to be truly balanced.
The flans looked very appetizing, but were unfortunately a bit disappointing in terms of taste compared to what we expected. A little disappointing considering the price.
Nevertheless, it wasn't bad. The service was good, but there are still some areas for improvement.

Large bakery with a wide variety, including pasta for lunch!
Welcoming and helpful staff. Two dining rooms with tables, plus additional seating outside on a charming street.
The set menu prices are very reasonable compared to the quality and prices at other bakeries of similar standing.
Note: I was served by Gloire, who was incredibly kind and helpful—well done!

Excellent bakery and pastry shop. The Kamut bread is particularly superb; it perfectly complements Brillat-Savarin cheese! The spelt bread is also excellent, as is the tourte. I love the different baguettes. The tourte is available in halves or quarters!
The service is inconsistent, but the recent addition of a qualified baker to the front of house is a definite plus.
