Bidasoa Jatetxea sur Hendaye

The service and food were perfectly fine. The problem is more the price. Coming from Paris, I didn't feel out of place at all. The prices are very similar to what you'd find in the capital. €25 for a meal that would normally cost around €15, and that's without the bottle of wine, if you order one. It's worth noting, however, that the prices seem to be in line with other restaurants in the area, or even slightly lower, so perhaps I'm missing something (taxes? Supply difficulties? Union agreement?). Anyway, if you're on a tight budget, I wouldn't recommend it. If you have some extra money to spare, why not?

Very good dish, friendly waitress, and not too expensive.

Unfriendly manager, expensive dishes compared to what was on the plate, local beer at 10 euros; I left disappointed.
