03/08/2026: Hi! We've been coming to TTIPIA for several years now. It's our ritual after the beach and during our evenings spent in Hendaye. The waiter is pleasant and always smiling, full of energy. They're great with us and our children. We feel right at home there 😁 And of course, the cocktails and rums are excellent. See you next year, and don't change a thing 😉

01/08/2026: Great atmosphere, super cool owner who listens to his customers. During our two-week holiday, we often stopped for a drink at this bar.

06/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We hadn't booked, but they managed to find us a table for four with children. The staff were very pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. It's rare these days to find all three. The lamb shoulder was simply incredible.

23/08/2026: I recommend this restaurant; we ate very well. We asked to have the octopus removed from the duck and they said no problem, and the dessert was excellent. The price was just a little high.

08/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, a place of simplicity and authenticity. The dishes were absolutely exquisite, prepared with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. We had an exceptional experience. It's truly heartwarming to see that places like this still exist, where the customer is genuinely pampered! The owner is remarkably friendly, and the chef greeted each table with great discretion and politeness, reflecting the quality of the cuisine we were served: authentic, generous dishes made with superb ingredients, beautifully enhanced. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to fully appreciate the ambiance and the moment. This has become so rare these days! This kind of restaurant is a real gem: a team of passionate restaurateurs who love their work and put the customer at the heart of everything they do. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

08/08/2026: An unusual place but a cold welcome, ordinary pastries, a very disappointing vegan latte, and slow, disorganized service.

11/01/2026: Warm welcome, friendly place. The seafood was very fresh, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cheese and rum baba we had for dessert were also very good. I recommend it.

04/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal. Foie gras and salmon to share, fish soup, and prawns. Everything was delicious.

26/08/2026: Busy but very friendly bakery with fresh breads and pastries being made all the time. The baguette was fantastic (crunchy outside, soft interior) and the gateau Basque had a nice soft crumbly texture with a good balance of sweet and salt. I'd personally prefer the filling to be a little more tart (it was a touch sweet for me) but it's excellent with an espresso! Croissant and pomme de terre were solid (the dough was softer and could have been a touch flakier, but that's a personal preference). Would absolutely recommend it!

15/08/2026: We came for lunch today as a family of seven. The welcome was, as always, excellent, with smiles and friendly service. The food was top-notch, using fresh, never-frozen ingredients. The monkfish tail was excellent, and the baby squid was melt-in-your-mouth tender. We're never disappointed every time we go. Thank you so much!

14/08/2026: Hello Jérôme, I'm the gentleman who came in on Tuesday at lunchtime with my friend. Affligem, a fantastic rosé, and two plates of baby squid. I'm leaving this review for those, like me, who were misled by your particularly high and unjustified rating. Regarding the service, you were alone, and serving around forty plates is obviously not easy, and I commend you for your dedication... but as you say, "the customers are my buddies, so if others are waiting..." Waiting is absolutely not a problem when one admires your tenacity; however, what is unacceptable is the value for money of your dishes. I seriously considered never eating squid again. Fortunately, there are restaurateurs who do an excellent job, and even if you're not "their buddies," you can enjoy excellent baby squid there. I'm posting two photos; both are €24 a plate, and who knows, they might give you some free advertising since they'll be public! Good luck to you, and do your best to get a waiter back so you can focus on your dishes. P.S.: For those who read this: €90 for two without dessert, need I point that out? Response to yours: What am I supposed to say? That at €28 a plate you're not up to the standard of such service? That you sweat so much (understandably, given the heat) that we practically ingest your sweat? That upon entering, all we see is the mess on the kitchen shelves? Put things into perspective; your view is obviously not mine, nor is it the one I had when I went to your restaurant. Sincerely, Pierre.

22/08/2026: Every time we go to Hendaye, we eat there because they have a variety of gluten-free options, which are quite hard to find in Hendaye. The owner is very nice, and so are her staff.
