08/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, a place of simplicity and authenticity. The dishes were absolutely exquisite, prepared with high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
We had an exceptional experience. It's truly heartwarming to see that places like this still exist, where the customer is genuinely pampered!
The owner is remarkably friendly, and the chef greeted each table with great discretion and politeness, reflecting the quality of the cuisine we were served: authentic, generous dishes made with superb ingredients, beautifully enhanced.
The staff is incredibly attentive, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to fully appreciate the ambiance and the moment. This has become so rare these days!
This kind of restaurant is a real gem: a team of passionate restaurateurs who love their work and put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
A huge thank you for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

26/08/2026: Busy but very friendly bakery with fresh breads and pastries being made all the time. The baguette was fantastic (crunchy outside, soft interior) and the gateau Basque had a nice soft crumbly texture with a good balance of sweet and salt. I'd personally prefer the filling to be a little more tart (it was a touch sweet for me) but it's excellent with an espresso! Croissant and pomme de terre were solid (the dough was softer and could have been a touch flakier, but that's a personal preference). Would absolutely recommend it!

When you have celiac disease, and have experienced various health problems, including growth delays (for my daughter), you know the price you pay to stay healthy. Having the option of eating a soft pizza is practically impossible for us.
Someone who eats the gluten version will always find the gluten-free version less appealing, and that's normal. Nothing will change that, so choose the gluten version and you won't be disappointed. We, who have celiac disease, choose the gluten-free version and we are delighted with it.

02/09/2026: This is our third visit, and each time we have nothing but praise for the food; it's absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous. In short, it's a must-stop whenever we're in the area. The added bonus is the terrace overlooking the harbor. Go for it!

06/09/2026: We came twice. Once for tapas and drinks, which was very good; only the patatas bravas weren't exceptional, but they were still tasty. The second time was for a main course, which was also very good. Excellent value for money; we ate well with a lovely view. I recommend it.
03/09/2026: Although the waitress and waiter were kind and friendly, I didn't understand the price quoted by the woman at the bar. They kept coming to ask if we'd finished, as if we were bothering them and wanted us to leave quickly 😶🌫️. There was no summary of my order, and she tore up one receipt and gave me another, saying, "No, this is the correct one." Fine.
She then announced curtly, "€97.60." I paid. As we left, we looked at each other and tried to remember the prices, and that's when I looked at the menu while writing this review. Yes, I just realized that this woman had inflated my bill considerably, probably because she thought she was a customer?
So, 2 vegetarian burgers, 2 kids' meals, and 2 smoothies for €97? 🤔🤔🤯 No, the bill is wrong, there's a real problem. So this woman clearly ripped me off...
I hope at least she gave the extra charge to the waitress and waiter who served us 👎👎.
I don't know why she tore up one receipt to give me another, but it doesn't seem honest to me. I still have the credit card receipt as proof. Seriously, double-check your bills and be wary when you get it, ask for a detailed breakdown, don't make my mistake.
And a message to this woman: kindness and honesty aren't optional, even if you didn't like the look of me and I'm not your usual clientele 😞.
EDIT: To answer you clearly. No, I didn't get a receipt, I wasn't given one. I only have the credit card receipt as shown in the photo. I paid directly at the bar. And finally, it will be difficult for us to come since we are in Nantes.
