Well-mannered, that’s the right word! From the wine list to the meat menu, including the atmosphere and the service, everything is perfect! We had a great evening starting with a beautiful prime rib. I recommend without hesitation!

Intimate atmosphere for this meat restaurant. We pay the price, but the quality of the meat is there. The starters and desserts are also very good, fine and delicate. I recommend.

Très bonne viande et accompagnement Le vin également ( c'est dommage il y a peu de petit prix ça monte vite) En revanche le service est assez décevant : pas de grosses explications, assez expéditive...

Première fois au bien élevé , endroit charmant , cuisine de saisons , mention spéciale pour les viandes faux filet et entrecôte cuit au charbon de bois un régale ! Merci a Othman pour le choix du vin très bon accord avec les plats ! Merci a l'équipe du bien élevé pour l'accueil

Le Ballon des Ternes

10/03/2024: I came here on a business trip to France. It was nice that they accommodated me even late at night. Also, the waiter was kind and helpful. The food is delicious, but unfortunately I don't think it's worth the price. It might be more delicious in Japan. I guess I don't usually get asked for beer, so I was served an old beer, which I thought wasn't a good idea. As other people have said, I think this is a shop with mixed reviews.
