30/03/2024: At the time of booking I specified that we had two children aged three years and five months with us, the question having not been asked to me whether we wanted to eat inside or outside and not knowing that This establishment had a terrace on the town hall square and if we had been told that we were going to meet outside we would not have followed through, given the bad weather forecast. I was simply told that we could not reserve for 1 p.m. but only for 12:30 p.m. and that if we did not show up on time our table would be made available to new customers. The waiters were very friendly, but we had to wait a long time for the dishes, and if the octopus salad was passable, not spicy enough for our taste, we were very disappointed by the "creamy" risotto which was too dry from too much cooking. be reheated and which nevertheless arrived lukewarm on the table. For dessert, the Breton shortbread was also too hard and dry, the soft chocolate was good. The Picpoul was also very good, but it was not enough to save our experience.
24/03/2024: It only takes a few things. A warm welcome, a terrace sheltered from the wind, a filet of monkfish, a few stuffed mussels, some nice profiteroles, a white wine to match, good service, a cheerful exchange at the end of the bar, leaving smiling and very satisfied. It's not much but so good. It was this Sunday at the Oranger.
