We went there to eat the famous Sète macaronade. We weren't disappointed. A very attentive team provided us with a typical meal.

Good Italian food. However, the door remains wide open even when it's 12°C with 70km/h winds... So bring a down jacket to eat... The owner is very strict about it, and she's not messing around...

After several visits to this restaurant, I've never been disappointed. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious, from the homemade cannelloni with its amazing meat filling to the great value for money—appetizer, main course, and dessert all under €30. Honestly, it's hard to find this kind of quality at a reasonable price these days. The only slight downside is that the interior isn't very big, so it can be a bit noisy, but otherwise, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it! 😊😋

Best resturant for vegetarians on the canal in Sete! We, two hungry bike packers, walked up and down the canal late one evening looking for vegetarian food. What was on offer was boring, or expensive, or not filling enough ... until we found Pasta Politi! The food was delicious, inexpensive and filling. The restaurant was willing to serve us even though it was late. We speak no French and the very sweet waiter spoke no English, but he went out of his way to give us what we wanted and made sure we knew what we were getting. My gnocchi was delicious, fresh and flavoursome and one of the best meals I'd had in three weeks in France!

Excellent experience, fast service on the terrace, and fantastic waiters. The food was delicious; we had the macaronade, and all the flavors were excellent (a Sète specialty).
The price is very competitive; our dish was €15, and we have no complaints. Dilan, our waiter, was absolutely top-notch.
While passing through Sète, we learned from locals that this restaurant wasn't a tourist trap, which is absolutely true.
We highly recommend it.
(We even got a complimentary digestif...)
