Always a pleasure, the menus are plentiful, the service is excellent, it was approved by my friends who are burger fans, especially the Binks sauce, I highly recommend it 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿

The double cheeseburger was so satisfying. All the components were done well: The beef patties had a nice lace and crispy edge, buns were toasted and give a slight chewiness, and shredded lettuce and sauce rounded it off. On top of that, I appreciated the friendly service and chill atmosphere. I highly recommend. Seating is limited so plan on getting the food for takeout.

ive been here a couple times and it is perfect. the toppings were amazing, the burger cooked just right. the sauces are special. service was quick,and the portions are great. the restaurant itself isn’t coziest spot, so recommend to take your order take away and enjoy it in the parks around (worth the walk)

(2022) I've been there several times and it's simple: it's the best smash burger in Paris. The only downside is that the prices have gone up, but hey, that's pretty much the same everywhere... Update 2026: Still just as good, indulgent, and generous as ever. Still the best smash burger in Paris! Keep it up, guys! (Small photo from my last visit)

The Binks is an average burger; the ingredients, the meat, and the bun are of very good quality. The recipes have some good ideas, but I think the cooking isn't always well done, as it's quite inconsistent. The overall taste doesn't allow all the flavors to shine through, despite the good ingredients. It's fine for beginners, but not for everyone to try.

I went there this Thursday around 10 pm with two friends. The gentleman at the reception was super nice, pleasant, and attentive. The burgers were delicious as usual, I highly recommend it!

26/09/2026: After taking a year-long break, I found myself back at Malis, and it was as comforting as ever. I went with the tamarind soup and grilled beef, which were fresh and tangy in all the right ways. The beef was tender and tasty, though I wouldn’t have minded a bit more char for that perfect smoky edge. There was also a funny little moment when I first walked in. I spoke in English, and the first staff member greeted me in English as well. But then, I overheard one of her colleagues tell her, “Just greet him in Khmer.” After that, we switched to Khmer, and it felt like they were happy to fully welcome a fellow Khmer speaker. I need to work on my undercover skills.
20/09/2026: Classic dishes... very good restaurant. We are never disappointed.
