Biondi is a restaurant specializing in red meats from Argentina. Located a stone's throw from the Cirque d'hiver, the setting is warm, with wood paneling and soft lighting. The meat is simply to die for (even if my steak was medium rare even though I asked for rare). The flavors are powerful, and the accompaniments succulent (very buttery mini-purée, grilled shallots, etc.). The wine list notably offers a fine list of Argentinian wines. The service is friendly and the boss doesn't hesitate to serve himself when things are slow :-) So there's only one criticism left: it's very expensive. Meats start at €34 and climb very quickly to €85 for wagyu beef. While the portions are normal (around 200g). Note the pieces to share, which are not very copious (130g-150g per person) but which allow you to stay around €36 per person. The wines are not cheap either. On arrival, for 4 people, with a starter to share (very good Spanish ham), 4 meats and a dessert to share (a creative but not very subtle mille-feuille), 2 bottles at 90€… The bill added up at €490… Ouch.

Very good warm Argentinian. The bife de lomo is delicious, served with a salad and a magical homemade mash. A very good Malbec! The welcome is professional and pleasant. Beautiful modern vintage decor Perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner 👌

Molto carino anche se tipicamente francese con i tavolini attaccati però la carne ne vale assolutamente la pena e anche il prosciutto veramente buono. Un po’ di difficoltà se non parli francese ma la ragazza è molto carina. La birra IPA che hanno anche è molto buona

Un restaurant de qualité. Une équipe accueillante, souriante et attentionnée. Les produits sont présentés avant d’être cuisinés et sont excellents ! Nous y sommes aller pour l’anniversaire de mon mari, ils l’ont compris et nous on offert boule de glace et un digestif. Un geste auquel nous ne nous attendions pas. Je recommande chaleureusement. C’était une merveilleuse soirée et une belle expérience gustative !
