I love the fact that this store is a consignment outlet for the Grasset bakery; you can find a very good selection of food supplements there, however I am disappointed by the fruit and vegetable section.

I appreciate the variety and quality of the products. The customer service is also excellent.

The staff is polite and helpful, the location is ideal, and the quality of the products is excellent. However, the prices are at least 10% higher than in a similar organic supermarket in Mauguio. As a result, I now only go there for certain products that are unavailable elsewhere, and I limit myself to small purchases. What's the point of becoming a member, receiving a discount after several purchases, and having paid a high price for a single 10% discount? In my opinion, the restaurant isn't profitable because its low customer traffic doesn't generate the expected results. It could be transformed into a place offering daily specials (lentils, chickpeas, vegetables), vegan/vegetarian options, soups, salads, bowls, and vegan desserts without sugar or gluten, or even better, a cold-pressed juice bar, superfood smoothies, and shots (ginger, turmeric, etc.).
