We hadn't booked, but we were seated immediately. The dining room has a cozy, intimate atmosphere, which is very pleasant. The starter was impeccable: carpaccio for my husband and salmon tartare for me. For the main course, my partner had a steak (10/10 for the cooking, the quality of the meat, and the fries), and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I had melted Camembert, although the cheese arrived lukewarm; I like it piping hot. Dessert was a reimagined Dame Blanche with two scoops of strawberry. Pure bliss. If you're ever in Auch, I highly recommend it.

A restaurant I frequent quite often, almost once a month in the evening, usually in a group of four to six people. The welcome and service are pleasant, the food is good, and the value for money is excellent.

Lunch today. We chose the set menu. Really good. Excellent service, with "Abby from NCIS" (sorry, I don't know her real name) taking care of our table. Absolutely top-notch. Professional, friendly, and efficient.
