No surprises with this chain. The meats are high quality and the famous sauce is always a hit. Special mention goes to the manager who is responsive and always in good spirits.

A fantastic experience at Bistro Régent in Sainte-Eulalie! A welcoming and friendly team, pleasant service, and delicious, beautifully presented dishes. The atmosphere is convivial, and the value for money is excellent. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. Highly recommended! 👍

Always excellent. Their sauce is very good. The restaurant is very nice. There's a large covered terrace for the summer. Little to no wait. Reliable dishes and very generous desserts.

First time trying this chain, and we really enjoyed it. The butcher's cut and salmon tartare were good, and the portions were generous. The place is large and bright, and the concept is very appealing. Excellent value for money.

The food is always high quality, the staff strives to offer you the best meats, cooked to your liking, served with fries and salad, and finished with a delicious dessert. So, better than a bistro, a very good restaurant.

Disappointed, having been to several Regent bistros... the food was decent but nothing special, and the fries were always unlimited. But the service was anything but pleasant. A real lack of smiles, although the price-quality ratio was acceptable... in short, we won't be going back.

31/08/2026: The setting is beautiful, but the waitress was unpleasant, cold, and not at all friendly. She took orders behind people's backs, and when we asked her what sauces were available to go with the meat, she coldly replied that they weren't on the menu. However, the reception staff were absolutely fantastic at seating us—friendly, smiling, and attentive to our needs. The drinks staff were also excellent.

01/09/2026: Heads up, we were there on a Monday evening. They only take reservations. So we were the only ones in the restaurant 😉
