The sandwich was decent, but my husband was disappointed by the carbonara, which was presented as a meal but was actually in a very small portion. He left feeling very disappointed and hungry.

I can't say that all ANGE bakeries have the same kind of staff, but I can draw a parallel between Bouliac, where I go very often, and Sainte Eulalie, where I go when I'm in the area. Both teams are smiling, pleasant, and truly embody the spirit of the brand. Whether it's pizzas, sandwiches, salads, pastries, or viennoiseries, everything is fresh and delicious. Once you decide to go to ANGE, you can't help but want to go back.

11/07/2026: We always stop here whenever we're driving between the Pyrenees and the Vendée or Sarthe regions to enjoy some mussels. We're always warmly welcomed. But yesterday, we encountered a very unfriendly, even unpleasant, manager. It's a shame, because the two other young waitresses under her supervision were absolutely lovely. Be careful not to show your annoyance to customers, because in retail or service, it's essential to always be kind and courteous, regardless of the client. I work in retail myself, and I would never allow myself to appear annoyed like your manager did. The food is always very good, and the portions are more than generous. We will, however, return with great pleasure, just hoping not to encounter this manager again.

14/07/2026: All-you-can-eat mussels and fries are always a treat, with three sauces: parsley, Roquefort, and the traditional marinière! Delicious and affordable. A truly delightful experience. Thank you for bringing back this dish this summer. Looking forward to returning.
13/07/2026: It's a shame the plates aren't served at the same time! Especially when they have to cook meat! They serve the prepared dishes, and the dish to be cooked is served after several minutes, giving the others plenty of time to cool down.
