I can't say that all ANGE bakeries have the same kind of staff, but I can draw a parallel between Bouliac, where I go very often, and Sainte Eulalie, where I go when I'm in the area. Both teams are smiling, pleasant, and truly embody the spirit of the brand. Whether it's pizzas, sandwiches, salads, pastries, or viennoiseries, everything is fresh and delicious. Hot and tasty vegetables. The restaurant floor was dirty; a young woman was washing the tables without energy or enthusiasm.
