A very well-stocked bakery. The baguettes are crusty. We bought a delicious lemon meringue pie. The meringue is light and sweet. No complaints.

I can't say that all ANGE bakeries have the same kind of staff, but I can draw a parallel between Bouliac, where I go very often, and Sainte Eulalie, where I go when I'm in the area. Both teams are smiling, pleasant, and truly embody the spirit of the brand. Whether it's pizzas, sandwiches, salads, pastries, or viennoiseries, everything is fresh and delicious. Once you decide to go to ANGE, you can't help but want to go back.
