I come every month with my daughter for dinner. It's been our little ritual for a while now. The welcome, the service, and the food are impeccable. The staff is welcoming and really very friendly. I highly recommend this place 🥰

The dish that made the chain famous is back, featuring the renowned Charmelcia sauce. It had been a while since my last visit, and the menu has expanded with many welcome additions, ensuring there's something for everyone. The staff were very welcoming.

A predictable lunch, a familiar menu, perfectly timed service. Period. And then there are places that break the mold. 👉 Bistro Régent Blanquefort, thanks to the vision of Karine and her assistant Léa, is definitely one of them. Arriving at 2:15 pm, thinking to yourself, "We're going to be intruding…" and being welcomed as if into a fine home. The same smile, the same attentiveness, the same high standards of service. From the seating arrangement to the "Happy Holidays" on the way out, nothing is left to chance. 🎯 Here, the menu is reassuring (it's a franchise, yes). But the welcome elevates the experience. Accommodating, seamless, professional, and human—in short, a restaurant first and foremost, not just a concept. And that's precisely what makes the difference: ➡️ dedicated women, ➡️ a cohesive team, ➡️ a customer experience that makes you want to come back… intentionally, not by default. 👏 Respect to Karine, Léa, and their team. Proof that even in a standardized model, excellence remains a matter of people.
