The welcome is warm without being intrusive, and the service is distinguished by its efficiency and precision, attentive when needed, discreet the rest of the time. On the plate, the promise is meticulously fulfilled. The grilled salmon is a resounding success, perfectly cooked, with melt-in-your-mouth flesh and a truly authentic flavor. Nothing is left to chance, and it shows immediately. But the real surprise undoubtedly comes from the side dishes: the fries, often relegated to the background, reach a remarkable level here. They are melt-in-your-mouth tender and fluffy throughout, unmistakably evoking the great classics of Northern France with that authentic, genuine flavor. Arriving at 9:25 PM and being told, "Sorry, the kitchen is closed," what a disgrace for a restaurant like this, especially since it closes at 11 PM! Avoid Le Régent in Blanquefort at all costs.

I ate here today. I ordered the veggie burger with goat cheese. But there was no burger. It was just goat cheese, with another slice of goat cheese on top 😂 Way too much cheese for one meal, and not what I thought I ordered. But apparently it wasn't a mistake; that's really what their veggie burger with goat cheese is.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the food was as good as ever. I highly recommend it!
