Bistro Régent Eysines sur Eysines

For lunch today, I was served after a 5-minute wait, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so there were plenty of empty tables. I should have waited at least another 10 minutes to order. Regarding the beef, I ordered rare, but it arrived very rare... this problem is common in various Bistrot Regent restaurants and, of course, other establishments as well... Otherwise, everything else was still good. The gourmet coffee was excellent!

Efficient staff and very good value for money, there are better options but they are more expensive, be careful not to neglect the aesthetics, it's a shame.

Please clean your toilet, hoping it doesn't reflect the state of your kitchen. Walls, baseboards, and sinks are very dirty.

Fast service, good cooking, nothing to complain about, especially for an evening meal. I recommend it.

Well located and welcoming. We ate well, and the staff was attentive. However, upon arrival, our table was stocked with chips and pâté. The waiter told us he charged for chips and sausage. At first, I didn't understand, but after reading the menu, I realized they weren't complimentary and would cost extra. No problem with that, but we had only ordered chips, and I didn't understand why he was mentioning sausage. Looking at other tables, we saw that they had it. So I pointed out to the waiter that we didn't have any at our table, to which he replied, "Impossible, they must have put it there myself!" In short, the discussion was rather brief because there wasn't time to argue about my honesty. I could have had everyone at our table empty their pockets and bags; I knew 100% that we had nothing. But the mere fact that he insinuated it was awkward for us! We will not return to this regent, and for the others we will pay more attention to what is on the table upon our arrival.
