15/08/2026: My friend and I came, having booked through TheFork. At first, everything was fine; the food was quite good. Towards the end of the meal, no one came to see us for a while (which I completely understand, as there were things to do), so I tried to catch the eye of the man in charge of the restaurant (probably the manager, I don't know, he was alone). He approached our table and stared at me, which I interpreted, and which anyone would have interpreted, as "I'm listening." So I said, word for word, "Excuse me, would it be possible to have a doggy bag and the bill, please?" to which he replied, "You can see I'm busy; you don't have to interrupt me. I'll come see you when I'm available," in a most unpleasant tone, practically shouting at me in front of the other customers. I was shocked to be spoken to like that in a restaurant, especially since I was very polite and pleasant when I addressed him. A simple "I'll just finish this and be right back" would have sufficed.
Finally, it was time to pay. We had the 50% discount from TheFork. I had checked the accepted payment methods on the app beforehand, which included the restaurant card. So I asked to pay €25 with this card, to which the man replied, "Well, I'm already giving you the app discount; I'm not going to take your restaurant voucher card on top of that, it costs me €1." I offered to pay this fee in cash, and he replied, "It doesn't work like that. I won't take your card; you pay normally," in such an unpleasant and aggressive tone that all the other customers were turning to watch what was happening. I had to leave the restaurant quickly because the experience truly shocked me. I don't understand how anyone can treat people like that.
My advice: if you're with friends or children, don't go here. His behavior is unacceptable.

02/07/2026: Undeniably, their canelés are very good and the staff is welcoming.
Note: I arrived just after a family of tourists who wanted to visit different nightclubs but were very hesitant about their choices. The staff were patient and friendly, but seeing three people serving them while there were several of us behind them was a shame... I'm just mentioning it to give an idea for improvement. Thank you.

We enjoyed our meal on the terrace.
Inside, the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat.
09/08/2026: The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's very pleasant inside. However, the only downside is the caramel sundae, which is really not great. It's not the smooth vanilla ice cream you'd expect. The quality and taste were really disappointing. I don't recommend this dessert.

27/07/2026: A Caesar salad with four lettuce leaves in a shallow bowl, topped with three tiny pieces of fried chicken (3 mm x 2 cm) that I couldn't eat, all for €23! That's outrageous! And ridiculous!
Today the menu says "Homemade Fries," but after checking, the waiter tells us they're frozen! Outrageous!

06/07/2026: This establishment is absolutely to be avoided. We had a very disappointing experience.
A friend, who arrived later than us, didn't have white pants or shorts for the white party. Yet, several other people present also disregarded the dress code and entered without any problem.
Once we returned to the entrance to accompany our friend, communication with the security guards at the entrance became very difficult, and their tone was anything but courteous. Faced with this situation, we decided to leave. I wanted to go back inside to tell my friends and retrieve my belongings, but a guard refused me entry. After insisting on getting my things back, another guard grabbed my wrist and pushed me, telling me I couldn't stay there.
We left with a frustrating experience which, in our opinion, reflects a lack of training for the security staff and is a consequence of this establishment's policies. We do not recommend this place, especially for its parties. I've never seen such kindness, it doesn't even deserve one star 😏

26/07/2026: One evening, two of us ordered in-store and requested delivery to Eysines.
We ordered a Savoyarde and a Cannibale (large, thin-crust).
The delivery was on time and the pizzas arrived without any problems.
The toppings were very average, there were no sachets of seasoned oil, and the slicing could have been better (uneven portions).
The taste was also just average. We're not sure we'd recommend it.
22/07/2026: I placed an online order on a Tuesday evening during a promotional period. It was accepted and then canceled because, according to them, it seemed "too late" and they thought it was a JOKE!? It's unbelievable that they'd rather cancel a paid order than prepare it. Not to mention the unpleasant behavior of the employees who had nothing to say except to come back tomorrow (a day without a promotion, of course).
Yes, they called me twice, but at 11 p.m. from an unknown number. Who answers an unknown number at that hour? A text message or a voicemail would have been more than enough to verify if the order was legitimate.
In the end, I was left without a meal, even though I was counting on that order.
If you no longer wish to take orders at a certain time, simply disable online ordering instead of wasting your customers' time. A truly unprofessional way of doing things.

18/07/2026: Bistro Régent is a charming little restaurant distinguished by the quality of its food and pleasant atmosphere. The welcome is warm and the servers are friendly, which is much appreciated. However, the wait time is an area for improvement, as it takes at least 45 minutes between drinks and the arrival of the main course, which is quite long.
