08/10/2026: Our experience was truly awful, from the wait just to order our food (30 minutes), to another 30 minutes for our food and drinks (the one we finally got, and we had to ask for it several times), not to mention the wait for the bill. In short, over two hours for a meal that was supposed to be "quick."

07/10/2026: Terrible service, no staff, 20-minute wait for our order to be taken. Our table was cleared 40 minutes after we finished. No dessert orders were taken, and no water was served. Customers left because their orders weren't being taken. The organization needs a complete overhaul!

01/10/2026: This brasserie has improved significantly since last year. The mashed potatoes were original, though slightly salty. Everything else was excellent. A warm welcome and attentive, careful service. The rest of the staff were smiling and friendly.

23/09/2026: I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at your establishment. We arrived at **7:45 PM** and left the restaurant at **10:15 PM**, meaning we were there for 2.5 hours, with particularly slow service and what I found to be very poor organization. For a restaurant located **in the heart of Bordeaux**, this level of service is regrettable and, in my opinion, does not reflect the image the establishment should project. From the outset, we were asked if we wanted wine, but without even being offered a wine list. Then, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our order. We also had to ask for bread. Finally, we ordered **two gourmet coffees** so we could finish our dessert in peace. Unfortunately, the coffees never arrived before we left. We therefore left the establishment without having received them. What's also unfortunate is that, given all these inconveniences, **no compensation was offered**. However, I would like to highlight one positive point: **the quality of the food was very good** and the dishes met our expectations. It's precisely for this reason that we found the experience all the more regrettable, as the cuisine deserves service and organization to match. I hope this review will help the establishment become aware of the problems encountered and improve its service organization, because overall, the experience could have been much better.

07/08/2026: A very bad experience at Bistro Régent in Eysines. We've eaten at other Bistro Régent restaurants before and everything has always gone very well. Unfortunately, this time it was a huge disappointment. My partner is pregnant, so we asked for our meat to be cooked medium-rare, making sure to emphasize this to the waiter. We explained that it was very important because of her pregnancy and that the meat needed to be cooked to perfection. He replied that there was no problem. However, the first piece of meat arrived very rare. So we sent it back to the kitchen. When it came back, it was still far from medium (see photo). The meat was still very red in the center. The manager then came to explain that, in her opinion, it was cooked "medium-rare." Honestly, it's hard to understand given the state of the meat. My partner couldn't even eat half of her meal. We had to send it back a second time and finally left the restaurant without finishing our meal. Unfortunately, the service didn't help matters. It was incredibly slow from beginning to end. We had ordered a simple side salad bowl. It arrived almost 15 minutes later, after we had already finished our main courses. For a simple salad, this delay is incomprehensible. Furthermore, this salad bowl now costs €2, which we can understand. However, it arrived only half full, which was truly disappointing. So we sent it back. In the end, between a clearly explained request that was ignored, meat that still wasn't cooked to perfection after two trips to the kitchen, particularly slow service, and a manager who insisted that meat that red was "perfect," we left very disappointed. This is the first time we've had such an experience at a Bistro Régent, and unfortunately, we won't be returning to this establishment.
