Online order not ready at the stated time. Order placed at 6:30 PM for 7:30 PM. That's still a full hour. It's a bit of a shame not to notify customers via the app of a delay to avoid the wait.

One evening, two of us ordered in-store and requested delivery to Eysines. We ordered a Savoyarde and a Cannibale (large, thin-crust). The delivery was on time and the pizzas arrived without any problems. The toppings were very average, there were no sachets of seasoned oil, and the slicing could have been better (uneven portions). The taste was also just average. We're not sure we'd recommend it.

Excellent experience at Domino’s Eysines. The team was welcoming, the service was quick, and the pizzas arrived piping hot. The order was accurate, the food was good, and the staff were professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them for a simple, efficient, and enjoyable order.

22/08/2026: We loved it, it was delicious and the staff were lovely.
18/08/2026: The food was good, but the service was far too rushed. We came for lunch as a couple, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal and take our time. However, the pace of the service was truly disappointing. Thirty minutes after we arrived at the restaurant, the main courses were already on the table. We had ordered cocktails, several appetizers to share, etc. Needless to say, we didn't have time to taste the cocktails before the appetizers arrived, and after we'd swallowed the last bite, fork still in hand, they practically pounced on us to move on to the next course 😅 And what's more, we were repeatedly asked if we had finished, even though our plates were still full…🥲 For an establishment of this caliber, and considering the price of the bill, we expect to be able to enjoy the moment, without feeling pressured to vacate the table as quickly as possible. It's a real shame, because the food was good and the staff was pleasant. But in this type of establishment, the service shouldn't just be efficient; it should also allow customers time to enjoy their meal. Ultimately, this is what significantly marred our experience.

29/06/2026: The dishes are original and full of flavor, and the value for money is excellent! It's a beautifully decorated restaurant with two sections: an upper room and a lower room, both overlooking the racetrack. The service is warm and efficient; I highly recommend it!
