Magical, 3 times my partner and I have come to this restaurant and the meals are divine. The service is also one of the best I have experienced. The staff takes great care and we feel good. Only small problem specific to the majority of Parisian restaurants: the place. We sometimes feel on top of each other. But we will happily return!

We spent the opening evening of the Olympics here. It was pouring and we sat inside in front of the TV.
All 3 courses and the wine selection were excellent. Many types of whiskey. Selection of deserts, served on a tray, wonderful. Corner bistro located not far from the Seine on the Trocadero side.

Je voulais dire un grand merci à toute l équipe du b31 pour ce moment magique que nous avons passé. Dès l’accueil nous avons éprouvé. Ce sentiment agréable d’être considérés comme des clients importants, comme si nous étions des habitués. Un service attentionné associé à une cuisine généreuse de qualité, travaillée avec des produits frais. Nos papilles ont adoré.. Quant aux prix…que de bonnes surprises tant ils sont raisonnables. Un grand bravo au patron, au Chef et à tout l’équipe.
Very warm and welcoming beautiful lady… she answered all my question and makes you feel at home. I ordered the escargot du bourgeon and was very good. My main dish was viande de grison beautifully presented and very tasty. To finish I had the sorbet cerise with citron nicely completed my palate.
